About me

I aim to help people believe in themselves and feel better after every single session. To do that, I offer practical help that quickly and effectively deals with mental and emotional difficulties.

You can be confident that our work together will be tailored to address what is important to you.

I assist clients to find ways to think more clearly and better meet their needs. We discuss and explore, clarify your priorities and how best to proceed. I offer suggestions and strategies. This includes working with your imagination and life experience to jointly come up with new possibilities, ideas and ways of thinking or looking at things.

My professional background is in facilitating change and the development of individuals, teams and organisations. This has included extensive work with politicians, local government and charities. I am an experienced executive and corporate coach.

Originally from Australia, I have a warm, professional and down-to-earth approach to finding solutions.
