About me
With over seventeen years of experience of being an HG therapist, I can help you find your way to feel more confident again, more in control and happier. Over these years, I’ve worked with a wide variety of people and organisations and been privileged to play a part in helping people feel better in themselves – it is a wonderful feeling to see each person blossom more fully into themselves.
For eight years I worked as the in-house therapist/life-coach for an international tech company, stepping back early 2024 for family reasons.
I’m a published poet with two poetry collections and lead occasional creative writing workshops in the community. This work helps to bring a very positive balance to my therapy. I have three grown-up children.
I abide by the professional Code of Ethics and Conduct of the Human Givens Institute and have an enhanced disclosure. I abide by the GDPR data protection laws. In the event of concerns about treatment received, advice can be obtained from the Human Givens Institute, Telephone: 01323 811662 or via their website: www.hgi.org.uk

Testimonials
'I liked that it gave me some tools to use myself and I have used them and am still doing so. After the session I felt more in control and less fragile. I am generally able to cope better and am getting to be back to the strong me that I like to be. I haven't had a panic attack since, and I think I am more focused on what I want.'
'It works! I particularly liked that it didn’t involve talking about upsetting experiences, but focussed on reducing their power so that I could get on with my life. I am much less anxious and feel able to lead a ‘normal’ life (whatever that is!).'
'Immediately afterwards I felt a deep sense of calm and a great feeling of having come to terms with 'myself' and areas of my past. I also felt hugely positive about life. I felt lighter and less responsible for the whole world. I have noticed numerous improvements and changes. I am far more confident and far less afraid to speak my mind.'

'I came away from meeting with you with a real feeling that a curtain was beginning to lift again. This really is the first time for many months that I have felt such an enthusiasm.'
