Your needs matter and so our sessions are tailor made for you, structured using measurable outcomes, goal orientated and benefit from proactive and personalised techniques that work well for you.
In my former career as a young barrister to King’s Counsel, I pursued my passion for and expertise in mental health and wellbeing within the criminal justice system, to help others. Mental health and wellbeing – historically a very neglected area – crossed so many boundaries as professionals, business people, students, literally anyone could be affected regardless of background, race, culture, beliefs, gender, age, sexual orientation, health condition or neurodivergence. At long last this is now the mainstream view.
Good and bad, healthy and unhealthy behaviours operated at work and outside of it. Some involved conflict, bullying and toxic environments that were very damaging.
There had to be a better way and Human Givens provided it.

Testimonials
"Annette is so wonderful and has such a warm openness about her. She helped me articulate and process my thoughts and come up with a clear action plan to move forward. This helped not only my emotional wellbeing but directly impacted my current situation in a positive way. I recommend everyone has a session with her."
“I can't thank you enough for your help in these matters. Honestly so very happy to have been connected with you. You really are making a huge impact on my life and future and I really appreciate it.”
"There is so much to say about how Annette helped me. I found her so easy to talk to, she immediately made me feel relaxed and confident with her, I did not feel any judgement from her. I could talk to her about things I have always felt closed off from. Her advice and support helped me so much in a short time. She gave me tips and advice that actively help me. Nothing is too much trouble, she is extremely patient, compassionate and her empathy towards me made me feel like an individual not a number in a book. I would highly recommend her to everyone."
