In-person and online Conferences
Our popular in-person conferences are a great networking and educational opportunity
SAVE THE DATE – the provisional date for our next in-person conference is Saturday 9th–Sunday 10th May 2026. It will take place at Woodland Grange, Leamington Spa, UK.
Every two years, the HGI holds an in-person conference, usually around a specific theme, pulling together a range of inspiring speakers and relevant content for your professional and personal benefit.
Always informative and stimulating, these in-person events provide a great networking opportunity with interesting, like-minded people from around the world. Members get to hear speakers on various topics of relevance, network with their colleagues and share information and experiences with one another. The majority attending use the human givens approach directly in their work, but others may have benefited from it in their own lives or are interested in how the rich psychological knowledge the approach encapsulates can be used to improve not only mental health and wellbeing but any human endeavour.
Announcements about upcoming conferences are made via advanced invitation to our members, on this website and via the HG newsletter.
Special events
The HGI also organises other special events, which are open to the public as well as advertised to members. These include online conferences, such as the Lifting Depression online summit and Overcoming Addiction online summit – replays of which are still available to purchase.
